    Description

    ITC 1100 is a liquid aqueous coating that can be using in the ink fountain.  The coating has a higher gloss for a better appearance on the printed sheet, better rub resistance and dries much faster than than oil overprint varnish.  The coating can be run inline or offline with presses that do not have dryers. Press must have a spray powder attachment.  Normal drying time is one hour.
    The coating is run with the dampening system not engaged.
    Flood coating is most popular, but spot coating can be done by undercutting the blanket packing, cutting the blanket or using a spot coating blanket that is also available.  For sale is one 8 pound pail.
