She has a vinyl head and arms and plastic legs and body and all movable. She has a cute face with blue open close eyes with good lashes. She has molded painted hair with some paint loss.  She is dressed so precious in the vintage  blue dress with a baby diaper, and blue knit booties, and a hand knit sweater and matching bonnet.
