Rare Vintage 1920’s SC baseball cap, Gridaire cap co. USC Southern California

I am not sure about the history of this hat. I found another one on eBay and it is listed as 1920’s USC but I am not sure. It is size 7 1/8”. The tag came off when I was taking the pictures. I taped it back on for the picture the inside band is leather. It is a little discolored on the brim. The leather band shows it’s age but no real signs of wear. If it is from the 1920’s ,which I think it is, it is in excellent condition and will make a great display. Take a look a he pictures and let me know if you have any questions.
